• When do I get my bike?

We have several bikes in stock, but not necessarily the size you want.

If your bike is in stock, it will be sent within 24 hours after validation of your order.

If the desired size is not available in our stock, we can receive all sizes within 5 working days, subject to supplier availability. Do not hesitate to contact us to order the one you want.

• Are the bicycles delivered assembled?

The bike will be delivered "90% assembled", which means that it remains to mount the handlebar, saddle, pedals, front wheel, some other minor parts, and to realize the basic settings of the bike.

Even if it is possible to do all this without being an expert in mechanics, we strongly recommend that you do it by a professional or at least check it out. • Are 6ku bikes delivered with brakes and pedals?

Yes. All bikes are delivered with a front brake and a rear brake. The pedals are also delivered. Often bikes are photographed without pedals and without brakes only for artistic and aesthetic purposes :)

• Do 6ku bikes have a warranty?

The bikes are delivered with a 2 year warranty against any manufacturing defects as long as the final assembly and adjustment have been carried out by a professional, invoice in support.

The warranty does not cover abnormal use or neglected maintenance.

The non-consumable bicycle parts are guaranteed for 1 year. These are pedals, wheels, handlebars, gallows, saddles and pedals among others.

The wear parts are not covered by the warranty. These are tires and air chambers, hanger handles and ribbons, chain, pinion and freewheel.

Due to the current health situation and the resulting cycle industry disruption, components and accessories installed on the bike may vary from those shown on the data sheet and photos to be replaced by equivalent components.
